OUR HISTORY

Pentadott Nigeria was founded in the year 2009. In 2010, Pentadott got awarded its first contract to construct commercial properties in the affluent area of Lagos. After which its been awarded several similar contracts ranging from construction, building conversion, ceiling/ lightning and electrical works, to total interior and exterior design/ make-over.

The company was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in the year 2015 as Pentadott Investment Limited with its interest in every area of real estate and construction.

OUR MISSION

At Pentadott Nigeria, we offer the best services in drawings, interior/ exterior design, overall finishing (to include furnishing) of residential housing units and office spaces. We also deal in real estate sales, lease and development. Accordingly, Pentadott Nigeria offer services in space conversion and renovation i.e. Converting residential buildings to office spaces, converting private residential units into commercial residential units. We also offer post-project management.
